Steps to integrate Intercom with Lifesight
Create Workspace
You'll need to set up an Intercom account in order to get started.
Create App
In Your Apps, click New App:
In the modal box, put the name of your app and select the workspace you want to install it on:
Click Create app. This will create the app and pre-install it to your selected workspace.
Retrieving the Auth Token
Profile → Your Account → Authentication → Copy Token (of the app from where you would like to consume data)
You can also manage which workspace your app is installed on within the Your Workspaces page and gain Access Token's for each of these workspaces.
Navigating to the workspace
Account → [Test Account]
Integrating your Intercom with Lifesight
Click on add integration on the Lifesight platform
Under the CRM section you will be able to view a tile for Intercom, click on it.
Enter a name for your data source
Paste the API that was copied from Intercom
Select the frequency with which you would like your Intercom data to be enriched
Monthly - Your Intercom data will be enriched on the 1st of each month
Quarterly - Your Intercom data will be enriched on the 1st of each quarter
Custom - You can specify the date on which the Intercom data needs to be enriched. Once you select the data the Enrichment will take place NOW and once on the date selected

Click on next to save the configuration
You will be able to view all your newly created integration in the my integrations page.
